Cucumber Salad

This is my go to salad when I have any sort of Asian Dinner.  It's crisp, clean and tasty.


Cucumber Salad:
1/4 cucumber, sliced in half moons
2 tbsp sliced scallion (about 1 scallion)
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp light soy sauce
3 pinches of white sugar
2 splashes of tobasco
1 tbsp. toasted sesame oil

Make the dressing, then add the cucumbers and scallions.  Toss to coat and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
